COCKTAIL PARTY GIVEAWAY DISCLAIMER

By entering or redeeming the Free Cocktail Party Giveaway offered by The Bar Cincy, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Included in the Giveaway
   The Bar Cincy will provide:

   • Up to 2 hours of mobile bartending service

   • Drink service for up to 20 guests

   • A limited supply of juices, mixers, sodas, garnishes, and disposable cups needed for standard drink preparation

2. Gratuity Requirement
   The event host is required to provide a gratuity of $150 to the bar staff at the conclusion of the event. This amount is not included in the giveaway and must be paid in full on the day of the event.

3. Additional Guests, Time, or Supplies
   The base giveaway includes service for 20 guests and 2 hours. If the host wishes to increase the number of guests, extend the service duration, or request additional mixers or supplies, these must be arranged, contractually agreed upon, and paid for at least 7 business days prior to the scheduled event. The Bar Cincy reserves the right to deny late modifications based on availability.

4. Alcohol Compliance – Ohio Dry Hire Laws
   In accordance with Ohio state liquor laws and dry hire regulations, The Bar Cincy is a mobile bartending service and does not supply or sell alcohol under any circumstances. The host of the event is solely responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcoholic beverages to be served at the party. The Bar Cincy bartenders will serve only the alcohol provided by the host and reserves the right to refuse to serve any guest in accordance with Ohio laws and responsible serving practices.

5. Liability & Conduct
   The Bar Cincy is a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) operating in Ohio. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or cancel service entirely for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, unsafe environments, or violation of state laws or the terms of this disclaimer. The host is responsible for maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

6. Event Eligibility and Restrictions
   This giveaway is intended for private, non-commercial events only and is subject to scheduling availability. The Bar Cincy is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur as a result of alcohol consumption or misuse during or after the event.

7. Giveaway Announcement
   The winner of this giveaway will be announced on our social media accounts on Monday June 30, 2025. The winner will be tagged in the announcement. The Bar Cincy will use the same tag that the winner used in their giveaway entry post. The winner will have 24 hours from the timestamped tagged announcement to claim their prize.
