CONTENT APPROVAL POLICY

To maintain brand consistency and protect our reputation, all Bar Cincy-related content must be approved before posting.

Approval Process

  1. Submit monthly content batch via email.

  2. The Bar Cincy reviews submissions within 3–5 business days.

  3. Approved content may be scheduled and published.

  4. Time-sensitive content may qualify for expedited review.

We Reserve The Right To

• Request edits

• Decline content

• Remove ambassadors from the program

• Revoke commissions

• Request content removal

Especially if content:

• Misrepresents our brand

• Promotes unsafe alcohol behavior

• Violates Ohio law

• Damages company reputation

• Contains discriminatory or inappropriate content

REFERRALS MADE SIMPLE

Every Ambassador receives:

✓ A unique referral code

✓ Referral tracking

✓ Commission reporting

A referral becomes eligible for commission when:

• A contract is signed

• A deposit is paid

• The event is officially booked

Commissions are paid after booking confirmation.

COMPLIANCE MATTERS

The Bar Cincy is committed to responsible marketing and legal compliance.

Important Notes

The Bar Cincy does not sell alcohol directly. We provide bartending services and event experiences while clients purchase alcohol separately in accordance with Ohio law.

Ambassadors May Not

• Promote excessive drinking

• Encourage underage drinking

• Depict intoxication

• Suggest alcohol improves social or sexual success

• Advertise unsafe alcohol consumption

• Conduct illegal alcohol giveaways
